Address Requirements
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery attempts
Delivery Charges & Free Shipping
- Orders below AED 75 → customer pays AED 20 delivery fee.
- Orders above AED 75 → free shipping.
For GCC countries:
- Orders below AED 300 → AED 50 delivery charge.
- Orders over AED 300 → Free delivery.

- Shipping fees are displayed during checkout.
- All charges are shown in AED.
- Taxes and applicable government charges are included where applicable.
Order Processing
- Processing Time — Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours.
- Dispatch Schedule — Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
- Weekend Orders — Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days for unopened and unused items in original condition
- Opened or used wellness products cannot be returned.
- Return requests must be submitted via email only.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days after approval.
