The Site is operated by SCJ LIFE STYLE TRADING LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company, with its principal office at Salma Ali Saif bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Al Murar, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing, or using this Site or any of our services, you (“you”, “the customer”, “the user”) accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and all other incorporated policies. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery.

Returns are accepted within the timeframe and conditions set out in our Returns Policy.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

We may refuse returns or refunds if conditions are not met.

Regulation and Product Status

Some products available on the Site, including (but not limited to) wellness supplements, herbal remedies, topical treatments, or devices, may be subject to regulation or registration by UAE health authorities (such as the UAE Ministry of Health & Prevention, Dubai Health Authority, or other relevant regulatory bodies). Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness only offers such regulated products or services as permitted by law, and makes no representation or warranty that any product is registered, approved, or authorized for use outside the UAE.

Customer Responsibilities & Acknowledgement

By purchasing, using, or relying on any product or service identified as “medical,” “clinical,” “regulated,” “therapeutic,” or any similar description, you acknowledge, represent, and agree that:

• You have consulted, or will consult, a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health, wellness, or supplement regimen.
• You understand that all wellness, cosmetic, and supplement products affect individuals differently, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
• You will comply with all warnings, usage instructions, contraindications, and advice provided on the Site, on product packaging, or by the manufacturer.
• You are solely responsible for determining the suitability of any product or service for your personal health needs.

No Guarantee, No Warranties, and No Liability

Regulated Products—UAE Only

Products that are registered, approved, or authorized for sale or use in the United Arab Emirates may not be approved, registered, or permitted in other jurisdictions. Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness is not responsible for compliance with non-UAE laws or regulations, and you must ensure any export, resale, or use outside the UAE is lawful and permitted.

Governmental and Regulatory Cooperation

Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness will fully cooperate with any UAE health authorities or law enforcement regarding regulated products, including sharing purchase or usage data if required by law.

No Doctor-Patient or Provider-Patient Relationship

No doctor-patient, provider-patient, or other healthcare relationship is created by your use of this Site, your communication with Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness, or your purchase or use of any product or service, unless you have a direct in-person consultation with a duly licensed healthcare provider employed by Spa Ceylon Ayurveda Wellness (if and only if the Company operates a licensed medical facility).

20. NO CLASS ACTIONS; INDIVIDUAL CLAIMS

To the extent permitted by law, all claims and disputes must be brought on an individual basis, and not as a class or collective action, representative proceeding, or private attorney general action.

21. LANGUAGE

If these Terms are provided in multiple languages, the English version shall control in case of any conflict or ambiguity.

22. MERGER, ACQUISITION, OR CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business, we may transfer user accounts and data subject to these same Terms and policies.

23. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

This Site is not directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under this age. If we become aware of such data, we will promptly delete it.

24. SURVIVAL OF TERMS

All provisions relating to limitation of liability, indemnity, intellectual property, dispute resolution, governing law, export controls, privacy, and all other provisions which by their nature should survive, will survive any termination of this agreement.

25. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, embargoes, government regulations, or power failures.

26. ASSIGNMENT

The Company may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under these Terms without your consent. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written approval.

27. NOTICES & COMMUNICATION

All notices and communications shall be deemed delivered when sent to the email address or physical address provided by you, or posted on the Site.

28. ENTIRE AGREEMENT & ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

These Terms, together with all referenced and incorporated policies, represent the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersede all previous agreements, written or oral, relating to your use of the Site.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

29. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms, your use of the Site, and any disputes are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, or, at our option, to binding arbitration in Dubai under DIAC rules.

You agree to reimburse all reasonable legal fees if we enforce our rights.
